‘Sawasdee’ from the City of Angels

Yes, this photo was taken in Thailand … my wife and I recently went to Bangkok for a short holiday. The wai is of course the traditional Thai way of greeting, and everywhere we went we were greeted with Sawasdee. Hence, I thought it would be most appropriate to kick off our holiday posts with this photo. It was a wonderful start and end to our sojourn in the Land of Smiles; to be more precise the City where Angels reside.
I’m still sorting out the hundreds of images taken with my DSLR and the compact digicam. So it will take some time to select the shots for posting.
