Boy Lighting Candles
Sep 30th, 2009 by Steven
Took the image below at a Mid-Autumn Festive Gathering organized by my Residents’ Association. It was shot with ambient lighting from the lighted candles. The Tammy lens was wide open at f/2.8. I quite like this shot … made possible by modern digital imaging technology.
I was involved in my school’s photography club during my secondary school days. Then, it was mainly B&W photography … colour films were not available at that time (if I’m not wrong) although the pros used reversal films (colour slides) for their assignments. I used mainly Konica, Agfa or Sakura films becuase they were more affordable than Kodak. Aha, those were the day, lol.
