Phố Hóa @ Tropicana City Mall

My wife and I were watching a Asian Food Channel programme on Vietnamese cuisine, and that gave an idea for dinner that evening. Besides, it has been sometime since we ate Vietnamese food … ah, fond memories of our visit to Hanoi in December 2008. We went to Tropicana City Mall in PJ’s SS20 where there’s a Pho Hoa outlet. It’s a nice place for dining but as you will read below, they need to up their QC, lol.

A couple of minutes into enjoying this bowl of noodle, I realized that something was missing … I’d ordered (P6) Pho Chin Nac, Bo Vien (brisket, meat balls Pho) @ RM11.99+ but I was served (P2) Pho Chin Nac instead, i.e. minus the Bo Vien. The cashier apologized when I related the shortcomings.

This bowl of Bun Ga Nuong Cha Gio (noodle with veggie, grilled chicken and fried spring roll) looks rather plain … yep, the kitchen staff had forgotten to add some condiments especially grounded peanuts (RM12.99+).
