Needless to say, there are hundreds of thousands of people out there who celebrate their birthdays on March 28. From the rich and famous to humble folks like yours truly. I manage to locate someone who was also born on March 28. She’s Filipina model and cheerleader Ruby Anna Basco. She’s 23 today.
