Plus 1 for Nareish
Jul 25th, 2008 by Steven
There are limited number of eateries to lunch around my workplace. So I gladly accepted my colleague Malini’s invitation to join her group for lunch. We went in 2 cars. Yipee, I get to ride in her 1-month old Hyundai Getz. We lunched at Devi’s Corner @ Sri Hartamas. A pleasant refreshing change of scenery. What’s more, we sat in the open, under a canopy of rainforest trees. Dried leaves constantly dropped onto our tables and even our plates.
I couldn’t resist snapping a photo (with my camera phone) to remember the occasion. That’s Nareish in the middle, flanked by Hema, Erina on one side, and Wei Tzee (hidden) and Angela on the other. I didn’t know it’s his birthday today until I was back in the office. This explains the title for this posting. BTW, Angela took only a few sips of the teh tarik. It was overly manis (sweet) although she asked for kurang manis.
