A Vanishing Generation

Still in Kuching. It rained while I was having my lunch. And it was still drizzling when I left the shop. Was strolling along the 5-foot pathway when I saw an elderly man making teapots in a shop across the road. So I zoomed in for the 2 photos posted here. It dawned on me that he could well be the last in the generation of such craftsmen. In time to come, it will be rare to capture such scenes on camera.
