Old Taste Opens in SS2
Jun 28th, 2008 by Steven
Earlier this week, folks in PJ’s SS2 township saw the opening of Old Taste Cafe, which has a chain of kopitiam in Johor Bahru, Melaka, Sibu and other parts of Klang Valley. You can’t miss the cafe; located opposite Restoran Hock Seng Two, on the block behind Public Bank.
Old Taste serves similar menu as that offered by the Old Town Kopitiam chain. In addition to nasi lemak, they serve tom-yam noodle, mee siam, and so on. Of course, Ipoh white coffee is on the menu.

The brown colour theme reminds me of Old Town Kopitiam

Inside there is a blown-up B&W wall photo. On the right, it depicts a shop with the name Kedai Kopi Old Taste. Not sure whether it’s authentic. BTW a plate of nasi lemak chicken costs RM7.90 and a glass of Iced White Coffee RM3.20.

i passed by ss2 and got the shock of my life when i saw this huge old taste. hows the food there? i went to the one in kluang, jhr. it was only so so
