Give, Giving, Given

Despite the ballooning cost of living, there are still many Malaysians who will dig into their pockets or wallets to donate to charitable or worthy causes.
I was at a Sunday wet market when I came across a group of St John’s Ambulance members soliciting for donations in conjunction with the organization’s Flag Day. Given the current economic environment, chances are that NGOs will have to work double hard to generate income to fund their operations and programmes.
