With their shaven heads and being of similar height, these two novice monks from Thailand look like brothers. It’s difficult to tell them apart. They were helping to put the flowers into plastic bags to be distributed to devotees.

The parents of these young girls are giving them a head start in learning about the Buddha’s enlightening teaching on compassion, kindness, sharing and giving. (You will recall seeing the pre-school kid in my previous post…remember ‘face to face with the Buddha’?)
